OUR MISSION STATEMENT

Our avowed mission is to aid paroled and discharged convicts by providing them out-of-prison shelter, moral uplift and general reformation. We believe that society is best protected when parolees and discharged prisoners are embraced with love and care by the House of Refuge before being released to the general public. We are keeping the faith that they will live with honest and upright lives, become self-supporting and become law-abiding citizens afterward.
